The cottage is fully furnished with two bedrooms, living room and kitchen. There is a wood  burning stove that heats the radiators and water. There is also electric heating and solar. All windows are double glazed.

The kitchen has an electric cooker and microwave with full selection of china and cooking implements and a washing machine.

The living-room is equipped with colour TV and double bed settee and lots of cushions.

The main bedroom is a large room with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of draws. The second bedroom has a single bed and wardrobe. All beding is 100% cotton and electric blankets are provided.

The bathroom has a modern shower unit, wash-hand basin and loo.

Paintings by local artist, Dominic Thomas are hung on the walls and can be purchased.
